At The Grind, you only pay for attending a group workout/bootcamp. Supervised A typical gym membership gives you access to workout equipment with trained professional help. At The Grind provides you get expert trainers to help and guide you through your fitness journey. Social A group workout can be a rewarding social experience because it motivates you to get out of the house, do something productive and meet new people/make new friends in the process. Our typical functional training bootcamp consists of: 12 Exercises, 3 rounds of Lifting Functional Training, Core training, and Conditioning. There is more lifting involved in these sessions in order for you to build muscle that will allow you to boost your metabolism and burn fat even after training. You will become a calorie-burning machine and you will see results that will last. The conditioning part of the training session will help burn more calories and improve cardiovascular health while getting you in better overall shape. Step 2: Click the "Book Session" button at the bottom of the calendar. Step 3: Your booking(s) will be added to an online cart. To book multiple sessions, repeat step 1 & two until you have all the sessions you'd like to book added to your cart. Step 4: Click on the button that appears and prompts you to 'view cart'. If no button appears, click here to view your cart. Step 5: On the cart page, proceed to checkout as you normally would and follow the rest of the steps.
