Sports Training Sport Specific training programs look at the demand of your sport and the position you are playing so we can design the best training regiment to help you dominate. Different athletes play different sports so you have to be trained as you play, so you can enhance mobility, speed, strength, and power that will translate to your game. Youth Training Age 6-8 : The focus is on body awareness and coordination through different methods of training involving body weight exercises, balance drills, reaction drills, speed and agility drills. Age 9-11: Functional strength through bodyweight exercises, balance drills, reaction drills, speed and agility drills with the addition of external resistance, such as bands, light weights, body bars, and medicine balls. Age 12-13 : Depending on the youth’s development they are introduced to weightlifting in addition to training functional strength, balance, agility, reaction, speed, and conditioning. Elite Training Our Elite Training Approach Depending on the athlete’s development they are introduced to weightlifting in addition to functional strength training , rotation and power development of the core, olympic lifting, sled pull, push and running for speed, power and endurance, balance, agility, reaction , speed and conditioning drills. Complete programs We offer a complete workout that covers strength and power development. Also sport specific speed, agility drills and conditioning depending on the training period Our Training We are set up to work on all the aspects of athleticism with a 6,500 Sqft of turf and a 4 x 5o yards sprinting lanes. We can develop speed as well as work on all sorts of conditioning exercises and drills to get you ready to compete at your best. College Prep Training Elite Training for college athletes This program is designed for scholarship and non-scholarship athletes with the desire to get an edge on the competition. You will be challenged and pushed harder then most D1 programs in the nation. We know because our athletes always stand out among the freshman and at times even among some seniors. Join our prep program and we will prepare you for the college level. Pro Training Complete Program We offer a complete workout that cover Strength and power development but also Sport Specific Speed, agility Drills and conditioning depending on the training period. We offer on and off-season services from training to aid with recovery protocols that cover stretching, sport massage and nutritional guidance. Recovery Protocol We offer hands-on stretching after every session, sports massages and nutrition guidance to help boost recovery and enhance performance. Our Pro Training Approach Depending on the Pro’s physical health they are introduced to light weightlifting in addition to functional strength training for about two weeks if they are just coming out of the season. The emphasis is on rejuvenating the athletes first by doing hands on stretching and massages so they can get a full recovery from the heavy season before we kick-in the full Off-Season training. Overall power development and strength training through weight training, Olympic lifting, sled work, hills rrunning, band work and plyometrics will be the main tools and methods used. We will get really creative to challenge the athlete for balance, reaction and core training by using Bosu balls, TRX, XDrifft and various other drills for coordination and sport-specific demands to obtain unmatched results.
